20 世纪 80 年代,我 校率先在国内培养文化艺术管理入才。2017 3 月, 获教育部审核批准,成 为全国首个本科目录设置的艺术管理”专业。

本专业秉承国际化、专业化、精英式办学理念,依托地处上海国际文化大都市的优势,以及上戏自身传统和积淀,着重培养衷寅艺术及相关领域的复合型艺术管理人才。

人才培养坚持理论与实践并重,探索形成三个重点培养方向:

(1) “演艺策划与制作”方向。重点围绕艺术生产的策划管理、艺术机构的社会服务和教育职能等,毕业生主要进入全国各大文艺院团的艺术部、演出制作部以及艺术教育部门。

(2) “剧院运营与演出经纪方向。重点围绕艺术市场经营、艺术作品传播与艺术家服务等,毕业生主要就业方向为演出场馆、演出公司、国际艺术节、经纪公司等。

(3) “舞台管理方向。与南加利福尼亚大学合作,着重培养专业演出的舞台监督人才。

本专业拥有多个实践基地,包括国家大剧院、上海大剧院、上海话剧艺术中心、上海文化广场、上剧场、丹麦儿童艺术节、加拿大国家艺术中心等,同时与多个国家和地区的大学或重要艺术机构签署合作协议,学生有机会申请定时间的海外学习或参加海外实训。

学科带头入包括:上海戏剧学院院长、著名城市文化研究者、 艺术管理研究专家黄昌勇,上海大剧院原艺术总监、剧院管理专家钱世锦,资深艺术管理教育领军入黄韵瑾,中国艺术管理教育学会会长董峰等。在职中雷年教师,基本都具有海外留学、访学经历。


In the 1980s, our school took the lead in cultivating cultural and art management talents in China. In March 2017, it was approved by the Ministry of Education and became the first Art Management major in the country's undergraduate catalogue.

The program adheres to the international, professional and elite concept of educating, relying on the advantages of Shanghai's international culture, as well as its own tradition and accumulation, focusing on the cultivation of composite art management talents in performing art and other related fields.

Talent cultivation adheres to both theory and practice, that we provide three main training directions:

1. Performance Management and Production, which focuses on planning and managing for art production, social services and educational art institutions. Graduates mainly work in the art department, performance production department and art education department.

 2. The Theater Operation and Performance Agency, which

focuses on art market management, art work and artist services. The main employment directions for graduates are performance venues, performance companies, international art festivals, and agencies.

3. Stage Management. In collaboration with the University of Southern California, it focuses on developing stagesupervisors for performances.

The program has a number of practice bases, including the Grand National Theatre, Grand Shanghai Theatre, Shanghai Theater Art Center, Shanghai Cultural Square, Danish Children's Art Festival, Nationa l Art Center of Canada, etc., and cooperate with universities in many countries and regions. Students have many opportunities to apply for overseas study or practice.

The program leaders include: the Dean of Shanghai Theatre Academy Huang Changyong, theater management expert Qian Shijin, senior art management education leader Huang Yunjin, Dean of China Art Management Education Association Dong Feng and so on. Most of the faculty in this programhave overseas studying backgrounds.
